We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a visit, prepare a quote and carry out and follow up on any work you ask us to do. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. It is stored securely with the service providers that host this website and its data, and is only shared where needed to deliver the work or where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed for the purpose above, and job records for as long as required for guarantees, insurance and legal obligations.
